1. Ordinary 80, high heat resistance around 90. ABS refers to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer, which is a thermoplastic polymer structure material with high strength, good toughness, and easy processing, also known as ABS resin. The appearance of ABS engineering plastic is opaque ivory colored particles, and its products can be colored with high glossiness.

2. ABS has a high water absorption rate and should be dried before processing. The general drying conditions for products are 80-85 ℃, and for products with special requirements (such as electroplating), the drying conditions are 70-80 ℃. ABS products are prone to internal stress during processing, and the magnitude of internal stress can be tested by soaking in glacial acetic acid. If the stress is too high, stress cracking of the product is absolutely prohibited and annealing treatment should be carried out.

The molding temperature of ABS plastic is generally around 250 ℃. ABS resin is one of the five major synthetic resins, with excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties. It also has the characteristics of easy processing, stable product size, and good surface glossiness. Easy to paint and stain, and can also undergo secondary processing such as surface metallization. Widely used in industrial fields such as machinery, automobiles, electronics, instruments, textiles, and construction.
